The organization will provide a forum for Hartford Non-profits and volunteers. The target areas of expertise will be
The organization will work with theagencies on a one-on-one basis to define the scope of duties and responsibilities to be provided by the volunteer. Critically, specific duties related to ongoing operations of the agencys and project specific duties will be separated.
Based on the information the organization will recruit volunteers from the community. Once the organization feels that there is possibility of a good match based on the interviews and discussion with the agency, the organization will provide the forum for initial contact between the volunteer and the agency.
Once the volunteer has spent some time working an evaluation will be made from both the non-profit and the volunteer to enable any ‘course corrections’. |
